Finished the run. Spectacular feeling it is to cause pain that is actually contributing to building a better you. I did 3.5 miles, not much for some and an incomprehensible feat for others. Completing things that one set out to is a great feeling. This is a new year and everyone should try to incorporate more exercise in their daily activities. Lets be a healthier people, country, world!
Now whats for food!
